Frozen Cranberry Champagne Skewers
you’ll need the following…
• 1 package fresh cranberries
• Several wooden skewers (like the kind you use for kebabs)
• Bubbly (Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, whatever your fav)
A day prior to serving, trim the wooden skewer to fit your glass and slide several cranberries onto the stick. Place them in the freezer. Once you’re ready to serve, drop in a glass, pop the champagne, pour and enjoy!
