I’ve been in the Halloween spirit! And, after pouring up my favorite potions for Julep, I had to mix up one last libation to celebrate my most favorite holiday. Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe’s The Raven, The drink is a riff on this lambic-based brew…But with my own dark twist: An ebony raven’s wing garnish (completely edible and made from a mint leaf!)
